Cancellation Policy

Waxing Moon Inc will charge a fee of 30% of services booked for no shows or cancellations after the 12 hour confirmation window has passed. If there's a repeated issue with last-minute cancellations or no-shows you will be required to pay for service upfront and if the client fails to show up or goes outside of the 12 hour cancellation window 100% of the service amount will not be refunded.
